What’s new in SAP Business One 9.3?
SAP Business One 9.3, the new version release of this ‘SMEs ERP’ is aimed at optimizing the application’s performance and stability while expanding its core functionalities. Take a look at the new features and updates that are part of the new release.
Simple production routing
The new routing feature in the production module allow manufacturing businesses to define route stages and define the sequence of production. Earlier this function was available only as an add-on. By making this feature part of the new release, businesses with a light production requirement will be able to plan, execute and manage basic route based production more effectively.
Return merchandise authorization management (RMA)
If a client wants to return a purchased product, they can now create a goods return request using RMA. The return document with fields such as quantity, price, return reason and return action etc. will help small and medium-sized businesses bring better transparency in the return process.
Project management updates
The Project Management module comes with multiple updates including creating stage dependencies across different project levels, recharge costs or bill a project using a Billing Document Generation Wizard, Project Gant Chart, assigning transactions to a project stage and others.
Simplifying and enhancing CRM
The new version will have a centralised CRM module which helps to enhance usability and productivity across various departments. In this, an activity can be assigned to multiple users and provides an overarching view activity handlers.
Campaign management
The updates in the campaign management offers easy and better management of authorisations for generating and executing campaigns and brings improved usability and analysis of campaign successes and failures.
Price list enhancements
The enhancements in price list such as the ability to define price per pricing unit, setting special prices for a limited period, creating pricing hierarchy for BP are aimed at bringing more flexibility in pricing functionalities, while maximising productivity and revenue.
